Tim is the primary developer and creator of Portico. He is a Senior Software Engineer at Calytrix Technologies in Perth, Western Australia. Tim has been working with the HLA in both a research and software development capacity since 2002, where he began Portico during his PhD.

Michael is one of the initial Portico developers. He has co-authored the JSOP bindings and wrote the Portico Console. He also created the first Portico C++ interface. Michael is a professional software developer, and has been working with the HLA since 2003. He has been an integral part of numerous HLA-based research and open source projects, including fedWS and Portico.

Lance is one of the co-developers of the Portico C++ interface, and has been working with the HLA since 2004. He is currently finishing off his PhD, which is working towards providing HLA simulations with efficient access to Distributed Artificial Intelligence services. His previous research efforts have included the development of a highly efficient collision detection framework for the HLA.

Kelly has been working on an experimental IEEE-1516 C++ interface for Portico. Kelly is a Software Engineer at Calytrix Technologies in Perth, Western Australia. She has been working with distributed simulation technologies like DIS and HLA since she began two years ago.
